Key Responsibilities For The Billing Coordinator
- Maintain client and matter records including updates, coding changes, and matter maintenance
- Process and support e-billing and timekeeper approvals in client billing systems
- Post and reconcile cash receipts and assist with payment allocation activities
- Support accounts receivable activities, including write-offs and collection-related research
- Respond to inquiries regarding client accounts, payments, and financial records while providing administrative support to finance operations
- Minimum 2 years of office, accounting, billing, or finance-related experience if non-degreed
- Experience in professional services or legal environments a nice plus
- Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and eagerness to learn in a high volume environment
Salary : $45,000 - $55,000
