This role is a hybrid of billing/accounts payable, customer service, and analytical support, ideal for someone who enjoys working across functions in a fast-paced, small-team setting.

The position requires strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to communicate effectively with both internal teams and external clients.

Overview Of The Billing And Account Coordinator Role

• Manage full-cycle billing, including client fee calculations and add-ons
• Audit invoices to ensure accuracy of services and pricing
• Maintain billing records and resolve discrepancies
• Handle approximately 5–10 client calls per day
• Respond to billing inquiries and troubleshoot issues (non-collections)
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Review contracts, pricing structures, and service agreements
• Work with spreadsheets and templates to validate data and cost savings
• Identify discrepancies and recommend solutions
  
  

Preferred Qualifications For The Billing And Account Coordinator Position

• Experience in billing, accounts payable, or similar accounting functions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Customer service or client-facing experience
• Proficiency in Excel and working with data
