The Billing Analyst will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of airport-related invoicing processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Invoice Analysis (50%)
- As an Billing Analyst, you will be responsible for reviewing and comparing billing data against operational statistics.
- Conduct in-depth research to validate charges and ensure accurate billing across multiple location invoices.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies prior to month-end close.
- Invoice Processing and Approval (50%)
- Manage the weekly approval cycle for 40–50 invoices, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Collaborate with external contacts and internal stakeholders to resolve billing issues and confirm invoice accuracy.
- Maintain a consistent workflow, with higher volume during the first three weeks of each month and a review-focused fourth week.
- Proven experience as a Billing Analyst or in a similar finance or billing role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including use of formulas such as SUM/IF; familiarity with VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for identifying variances in financial data.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with external partners.
- Experience with Anaplan or similar invoicing platforms is a plus.
