Salary Range: $65,000–$70,000
We are seeking a detail-oriented Bank Reconciliation Specialist to support a backlog cleanup and month-end close process within a growing accounting team. The Bank Reconciliation Specialist will focus on reconciling multiple months of financial records using Excel and assisting with high-volume, manual reconciliation work across multiple systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete monthly bank reconciliations for operating and subsidiary accounts as a Bank Reconciliation Specialist
- Clear backlog of outstanding bank reconciliations across multiple months as a Bank Reconciliation Specialist
- Reconcile bank statements to general ledger data using Excel as a Bank Reconciliation Specialist
- Cross-check transactions between accounting systems and third-party payment platforms as a Bank Reconciliation Specialist
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records as a Bank Reconciliation Specialist
- Support month-end close activities through accurate and timely bank reconciliations as a Bank Reconciliation Specialist
- Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables required)
- Experience with bank reconciliations
- Ability to work in manual or legacy accounting systems
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- On-site role in Arvada, CO
- Monday–Friday schedule
- Standard business hours
- Reports directly to Accounting Leadership
- Experience in manufacturing or small business environments
- Familiarity with multi-system reconciliation processes
Salary : $65,000 - $75,000
