- Perform cash application and reconcile customer accounts
- Handle credit memos, RMAs, and customer credit applications
- Monitor accounts for non-payment, discrepancies, and delayed payments
- Prepare receivables reports and support billing issue resolution
- 5–7 years of AR/billing experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)
- Experience with high-volume invoicing and cash applications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
Salary : $65,000 - $75,000
