AR Specialist

Generate and distribute customer invoices in accordance with contract terms

Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances

Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies, including deductions and chargebacks

Apply payments accurately to customer accounts and reconcile daily receipts

Collaborate with internal departments (Sales, Customer Service, Logistics) to resolve disputes

Maintain customer records and update contact/payment information

Prepare AR reports, including aging summaries and collection forecasts

Support month-end close activities and audit requests

Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards

Salary: $55,000 - $65,000
