• Enter and code invoices in Sage 50 (NetSuite transition underway)
• Communicate with vendors to resolve invoice and payment discrepancies
• Process bills, initiate payments, and manage check runs
• Forecast monthly AP expenses to support budgeting accuracy
• Maintain accounting calendars and AP schedules
  
  

Qualifications For The AP Vendor Manager

• 2–3 years of high-volume accounts payable experience
• Invoice coding and bill entry experience
• Accounting calendar management experience
