We’re seeking an experienced Accounts Payable (AP) Manager to join a dynamic and growing multi-entity organization. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the AP function, ensuring timely and accurate processing of payables, and playing a critical role in compliance and process improvement. The ideal candidate will be highly process-driven and bring a continuous improvement mindset to the team.

Overview Of The Ap Manager Role

• Lead the full-cycle accounts payable process across multiple entities
• The AP Manager will manage vendor relationships, payments, and reconciliations
• Oversee the AP team and provide mentorship and training
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies
• The AP Manager will prepare and review monthly AP aging and related reporting
• Assist with sales and use tax filings and 1099 reporting
• The AP Manager will support month-end and year-end closing processes
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency
  
  

Preferred Qualifications For The Ap Manager

• 5 years of AP experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
• Experience in a multi-entity environment is required
• Strong understanding of sales and use tax and 1099 compliance
• Process-driven mindset with a focus on standardization and continuous improvement
• Experience working with Sage is preferred
