Weβre seeking an experienced Accounts Payable (AP) Manager to join a dynamic and growing multi-entity organization. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the AP function, ensuring timely and accurate processing of payables, and playing a critical role in compliance and process improvement. The ideal candidate will be highly process-driven and bring a continuous improvement mindset to the team.

- Lead the full-cycle accounts payable process across multiple entities
- The AP Manager will manage vendor relationships, payments, and reconciliations
- Oversee the AP team and provide mentorship and training
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies
- The AP Manager will prepare and review monthly AP aging and related reporting
- Assist with sales and use tax filings and 1099 reporting
- The AP Manager will support month-end and year-end closing processes
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency
- 5 years of AP experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
- Experience in a multi-entity environment is required
- Strong understanding of sales and use tax and 1099 compliance
- Process-driven mindset with a focus on standardization and continuous improvement
- Experience working with Sage is preferred
Salary : $75,000 - $80,000
