- The AP/AR Specialist will process accounts payable transactions, including invoice review, coding, approvals, and vendor payments.
- Manage accounts receivable activities, including invoicing, cash application, collections, and customer account maintenance.
- The AP/AR Specialist will reconcile vendor statements, customer accounts, and related general ledger accounts.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure timely payment processing.
- The AP/AR Specialist will assist with month-end close activities, account reconciliations, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
- 2 years of accounts payable, accounts receivable, or general accounting experience.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
- Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Salary : $55,000 - $60,000
