Location: Nappanee, Indiana

Salary Range: ($39,500 – $47,800 annually)

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Work Environment: 100% On-Site

Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Specialist – Overview

We are seeking a reliable Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Specialist to support daily accounting operations. The Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Specialist will assist with vendor payments, customer billing, and maintaining accurate financial records. This role plays an important part in ensuring timely payments and accurate account management.

Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Specialist – Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices and ensure proper coding and approval
• Match invoices with purchase orders and receiving documentation
• Prepare and process vendor payments including check runs and ACH
• Generate customer invoices and distribute account statements
• Apply incoming payments and reconcile customer accounts
• Monitor aging reports and follow up on past-due balances
• Respond to vendor and customer inquiries regarding billing or payments
• Maintain organized documentation and support month-end accounting processes
  
  

Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Specialist – Qualifications

• 2 years of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, or accounting support experience
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience working with accounting or ERP systems
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  
  

Preferred Experience

• Experience with QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, Epicor, or similar ERP systems
• Experience working in manufacturing, distribution, or service industries
