- 2 years experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Administrator or similar role supporting senior leaders, executives and department functions.
- Professional, strong communication skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks / priorities.
- Always two steps ahead, proactive, anticipating needs and solving problems before they arise.
- Highly organized, timely and effective in a fast paces environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including tools like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and comfortable learning new technologies or software.
- Tech-savvy with mobile devices, printers, or similar (smartphones, tablets, etc.).
- Familiarity with BoardEffect software or similar board management software.
