- At least 5 years of Accounts Receivable or general accounting experience
- Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and formulas
- Familiarity with QuickBooks is preferred
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to remain composed and accurate in a high-volume environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred, but not mandatory
- Clear, legible handwriting and strong multitasking abilities
