What You’ll Do
- Set up and maintain projects in an ERP system, including budgets and milestones
- Generate customer invoices in accordance with contract terms
- Recognize revenue using percent-complete methodology
- Perform month-end reconciliations and project close-outs
- Support AR collections and collaborate with project managers and finance
- 2 years of accounting, AR, or project billing experience
- Experience with milestone or contract-based invoicing
- Strong Excel skills
- ERP experience required (SAP preferred)
- Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- High-impact position with direct exposure to revenue and cash flow
- Hands-on experience with complex, non-routine projects
- Strong resume-building role with ERP and project accounting depth
