- Own full-cycle accounts receivable responsibilities as the Accounts Receivable Coordinator
- Prepare and process customer invoices, including progress billing and job-cost related billing
- Monitor payments, follow up on outstanding balances, and resolve billing questions
- Partner with project managers and internal teams to ensure billing accuracy
- Keep AR records organized and support month-end and reporting needs
- Experience in accounts receivable; construction experience is a strong plus
- Strong attention to detail and pride in producing accurate, timely work
