National Housing Company specializing in the management of student housing programs across the country seeking a highly motivated, customer service focused Collections Rep/Accounts Receivable Coordinator.
Responsibilities will include: Inbound/Outbound telephone calls, audit of accounts, maintain daily reports, and work with school, tenants, and company personnel to influence timely payment in order to maintain resident occupancy.
The successful candidate will have good customer service and organizational skills, the ability to work independently at a fast pace, proficient Microsoft Office skills especially Excel, familiarity with eviction processes, and have the desire to assist young people in achieving a positive student housing experience.
Full Time Position: $21/hour potential for monthly bonus compensation.
