- Drive accounts receivable, cash applications, and collections initiatives to ensure optimal cash flow
- Lead client outreach, payment follow-up, and AR escalations, including weekly meetings with project teams
- Manage setup and updates of project records in Deltek VantagePoint, ensuring billing accuracy and timely client invoicing
- Take ownership of billing and reporting cycles, including posting payments, sending invoices, and uploading to client payment portals
- Support the team with project setup, billing adjustments, and documentation to guarantee seamless project delivery
- All levels with receivable and billing experience encouraged to apply. Experience in a professional services, engineering, architectural, or construction environment a major plus!
- Proficient with Excel, Adobe, and modern project accounting or billing systems (VantagePoint/Deltek a plus!)
- Demonstrated ability to manage collections cycles and client communications
