Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor the accounts payable team in a high-volume environment
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and vendor management
- Identify and implement process improvements and efficiencies
- Support ERP upgrades and technology initiatives with leadership exposure
- Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with company policies
- Partner with accounting and finance leadership on reporting and operational needs
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience supervising AP in a high-volume environment
- Strong understanding of accounts payable and accounting principles
- Track record of process improvement and operational efficiency
