About the Role

A growing organization is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to manage invoice processing, vendor communications, and payment accuracy. This role is ideal for someone who is detail‑oriented, organized, and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices with accuracy and proper coding
• Perform 2‑ or 3‑way match
• Reconcile vendor statements and research discrepancies
• Prepare payments (ACH, check, credit card)
• Maintain organized AP files and assist with month‑end
• Work with internal teams to resolve invoice/purchase questions
• Support reporting, audit requests, and AP process improvements
  
  

Qualifications

• Accounts Payable or accounting support experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Excel proficiency (sorting, filtering, basic formulas)
• Experience with accounting systems
• Clear communication skills and customer‑service mindset
• Ability to manage deadlines in a fast‑moving environment
