Oversee general ledger, AP/AR, and payroll functions
Manage month-end and year-end close processes
Maintain and review job cost accounting and project budgets
Track project costs, change orders, and profitability analysis
Prepare and review financial statements and internal reports
Support WIP schedules and revenue recognition
Ensure compliance with contract terms and financial requirements
Coordinate with project managers to monitor job performance and costs
Assist with audits and maintain strong internal controls
Supervise and mentor accounting staff
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
5 years of accounting experience, including leadership
Experience with job costing and project-based accounting
Understanding of WIP schedules and revenue recognition
