Salary: $100K-$130K Bonus

Daily/Weekly Tasks

• Oversee billing operations, including electronic billing systems
• Supervise and support a team of billing clerks, AR, collections, and e-billing staff
• Collaborate with the Controller and CFO on financial planning and analysis
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial transactions and reporting
• Provide mentorship and development opportunities for team members
  
  

Monthly/Quarterly Tasks

• Lead monthly financial reporting and budgeting processes
• Coordinate with leadership on fiscal year-end close and audit preparation
• Monitor and reconcile general ledger accounts
• Support strategic initiatives and special projects as needed
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Proficient in accounting and office software, including Elite is preferred
• Experience in professional services or legal environments preferred
• Strong tenure and leadership experience in accounting roles
