- Collections & Accounts Receivable – contacting customers, following up on payments, and maintaining strong relationships
- Invoice generation & customer account setup
- Working with customers on payment terms and account status
- Supporting bookkeeping and accounting tasks
- Answering phones and assisting the office when needed
