- Serve as the finance liaison to program managers, delivering actionable analysis and insight on monthly budgets and spend
- Prepare, present, and explain timely financial statements and variance reports
- Track and reconcile accounting transactions for over 500 programs, enabling executive decision-making and compliance
- Train and support operational leaders on budget compliance, cost allocations, and core account management
- 2 years accounting experience
- Working knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting; ability to explain key accounting concepts
- Erp Experience
- Good communications skills
- Willingness to learn
Salary : $40,000 - $45,000
