What You’ll Do

• Support day‑to‑day accounting operations including general ledger maintenance
• Assist with month‑end close, reconciliations, and journal entries
• Collaborate with operational teams on budgets, cost tracking, and financial reporting
• Serve as a liaison between accounting and field/operations teams
• Handle bookkeeping and accounting for smaller affiliated business entities
• Prepare and maintain financial statements using QuickBooks
• Assist with process improvements and modernization of accounting practices
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of accounting experience (construction experience a plus, not required)
• Experience with QuickBooks; Sage 300 exposure is helpful but not required
• Solid Excel skills and comfort with accounting systems and automation
• Detail‑oriented, collaborative, and adaptable professional
