The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable working with deadlines, and able to support day-to-day accounting, reconciliations, reporting, and financial close activities.

Responsibilities:
· Perform bank, cash, credit card, and expense report reconciliations.
· Process accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash receipts, and related accounting entries.
· Complete credit applications.
· Maintain accurate AR records, apply credits and collections, review aging, and clear account differences.
· Monitor customer accounts and assist with collections by phone, email, and mail.
· Keep up on AP vendor accounts (W-9’s and changes).
· Gather and verify invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment.
· Resolve accounts payable and accounts receivable issues or inquiries.
· Track and maintain fixed asset records.
· Prepare and support sales and use tax filings and related reconciliations.
· Manage end-to-end accounting functions.
· Perform month-end close, journal entries, general ledger review, financial reporting, and tax or audit requests.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. MS in Accounting, CPA or CPA-track experience is preferred.
· Intermediate Excel skills required, including formulas, lookups, and data review.
· Experience with commonly used accounting or ERP systems is preferred.
· Ability to use AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot to improve efficiency, accuracy, and productivity.
Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
