Key Responsibilities

• Perform full-cycle accounting including bookkeeping, reconciliations, and month-end close
• Manage accounting activities across multiple client accounts
• Communicate financial information to internal teams and external stakeholders
• Utilize accounting systems and tools to support reporting and operations
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
  
  

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• 5–7 years of progressive accounting experience
• Experience with QuickBooks is a MUST
• Exposure to payroll processes or platforms preferred
