Account Operations Specialist

Location: Lewis Center, Ohio - Fully onsite

Salary: $65,000 – $80,000 annually

A growing eCommerce apparel organization is seeking an Account Operations Specialist to support and expand online retail accounts. This role will work closely with account managers and merchandising teams to manage product listings, monitor account performance, and ensure brand consistency across multiple online platforms.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Managers to support sales growth and performance of assigned eCommerce accounts.
• Collaborate with merchandising teams to develop compelling product assortments that align with customer demand.
• Manage the product listing process using bulk upload tools and automated systems to ensure accurate and compliant listings.
• Perform daily audits of account listings to maintain accuracy, brand standards, and appropriate inventory levels.
• Assist in developing and executing merchandising strategies that support revenue growth.
• Identify opportunities to expand product offerings and increase account performance.
• Monitor product and category performance and provide reporting insights to internal teams.
• Stay informed on market trends and consumer behavior to enhance the online shopping experience.
• Coordinate with internal and external partners to maximize product visibility and listing performance.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
• 2 years of experience in eCommerce account management or merchandising, preferably within apparel or fashion.
• Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills.
• Familiarity with major eCommerce platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, Target , or Shopify.
