cFocus Software seeks a Program Manager to join our program supporting the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). This position is remote. This position requires the ability a Public Trust clearance.

- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or related field
- 10 years of experience in program/project management
- Experience managing enterprise cybersecurity or IT operations programs
- Demonstrated leadership in complex environments with multiple stakeholders
- Experience with federal or regulated environments preferred
- Required Certifications
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
- Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP) Or equivalent cybersecurity leadership certifications
- Serve as primary liaison with client stakeholders and oversee contract performance
- Provide planning, coordination, staffing oversight, and quality control
- Manage risks, issues, and performance metrics (KPIs/SLAs)
- Oversee reporting cadence including weekly, monthly, and executive briefings
- Ensure delivery of cybersecurity services across SOC, NOC, engineering, and compliance functions
- Lead transition planning and knowledge transfer activities
- Maintain program management artifacts including Program Management Plan, Staffing Plan, and Quality Control Plan
- Ensure adherence to federal cybersecurity standards (NIST, FISMA, Zero Trust)
