INTERIM VP FP&A RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the annual budget, forecast, and long-range planning processes across key business functions.
- Serve as a strategic finance partner to operational leaders, providing analysis and decision support on performance, investments, and resource allocation.
- Develop & maintain financial models that support revenue planning, expense management, & scenario analysis.
- Own monthly reporting, variance analysis, and forward-looking commentary for leadership, highlighting risks and opportunities.
- Build and enhance dashboards, KPIs, and management reporting tools that improve visibility into financial and operational performance.
- Support business case development for strategic initiatives, growth investments, and efficiency opportunities.
- Partner cross-functionally with finance, operations, and other internal teams to improve data quality, reporting consistency, and planning processes.
- Drive process improvements across FP&A & business finance workflows to improve efficiency, rigor, & scalability.
- Help strengthen the organization’s use of systems, analytics tools, and reporting infrastructure to support better decision-making.
- Lead, mentor, and develop members of the finance team while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required.
- 10-12 years of progressive experience in FP&A, business finance, or related finance leadership roles.
- Strong experience supporting complex organizations with multiple business drivers, cost centers, and operating priorities.
- Advanced financial modeling skills and the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
- Demonstrated experience supporting senior leaders with planning, forecasting, performance analysis, and strategic decision support.
- Strong understanding of KPI development, management reporting, and business analytics.
- Experience leading cross-functional finance partnerships across operations, commercial, or corporate functions.
- Track record of improving financial processes, building structure, and driving discipline within fast-moving organizations.
- Strong executive communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders through clear, data-driven recommendations.
- Experience leading and developing high-performing teams preferred.
Salary : $115 - $130
