INTERIM DIRECTOR CORPORATE FP&A RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead the preparation and delivery of executive-level reporting, including periodic financial packages and performance updates.
• Own the monthly reporting cadence, delivering timely financial results with variance analysis and forward-looking insights.
• Develop clear and concise financial narratives that translate performance into actionable insights for leadership.
• Support the annual budgeting process, forecasting cycles, and long-range financial planning.
• Prepare and maintain budget vs. actual analysis, identifying key drivers, trends, and risks.
• Build & enhance dashboards, KPIs, and management reporting tools to improve visibility into business performance.
• Partner cross-functionally with Accounting, Operations, and other teams to ensure alignment and accuracy of financial data.
• Support reporting needs for external stakeholders, ensuring consistency and clarity in financial communication.
• Drive improvements in financial planning processes, reporting frameworks, and data quality.
• Provide strategic insights to leadership around performance trends, cost structure, and growth opportunities.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field required.
• 8-10 years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or financial reporting roles.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.
• Experience supporting executive-level reporting and decision-making.
• Advanced financial modeling and analytical capabilities.
• Proven ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights.
• Experience working in complex or multi-entity environments preferred.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
• Familiarity with FP&A systems, reporting tools, and business intelligence platforms preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
