What You’ll Do:
- Partner with project managers to develop site-specific safety plans, especially for complex or high-risk projects.
- Conduct regular safety audits of job sites, shops, offices, and yards; document findings and follow up on corrective actions.
- Lead engaging safety training programs for internal teams across multiple locations.
- Support the development of safety campaigns, recognition programs, and awareness initiatives.
- Serve as a go-to safety resource and role model across the organization.
- Perform data entry and utilize safety management software platforms.
- Promote and reinforce Evan Roofing Company's core values of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
What You Bring:
- Minimum of three years of direct construction safety experience
- OSHA 510 credential
- In-depth knowledge of workplace safety regulations and compliance best practices
- Understanding of risk management principles and hazard mitigation.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel and work outdoors across job sites.
- Ability to meet physical requirements, including maintaining weight under 300 lbs. for access/equipment safety standards.
