A nationally recognized law firm is seeking an experienced Trusts & Estates Paralegal to support its highly regarded Private Client practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented paralegal who enjoys working on sophisticated estate planning and estate administration matters while partnering closely with attorneys and high-net-worth clients

Key Responsibiliti
- esAssist attorneys with all aspects of trust and estate administration, from initial filings through final distribution
- s.Prepare probate and administration filings, court documents, fiduciary accountings, and related estate administration material
- s.Draft estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, and ancillary document
- s.Coordinate trust funding and asset transfers, including beneficiary designations, deed transfers, and financial account retitlin
- g.Organize and maintain estate and trust files, monitor deadlines, and ensure timely completion of all required filing
- s.Communicate with clients, financial institutions, accountants, and other advisors throughout the administration proces
- s.Assist with estate and gift tax return preparation by gathering financial information and supporting documentatio
- n.Conduct legal and asset research while providing administrative and transactional support to attorney

Qualificati
- ons3โ5 years of Trusts & Estates paralegal experien
- ce.Strong experience with estate administration, probate, and estate planning matte
- rs.Familiarity with fiduciary accountings, estate tax returns, trust funding, and probate court procedur
- es.Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skil
- ls.Ability to manage multiple matters while maintaining exceptional attention to deta
- il.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal document management syste
