Mid-to-Senior Level Construction Attorney
A top, full-service, law firm with more than 50 years of experience and offices in Manhattan, Long Island, and Boca Raton is seeking a Mid-to- Senior Level Construction Attorney for their well established and actively expanding practice group.
You’ll represent owners, developers, contractors, and subcontractors throughout the life cycle of a project — running matters independently, with the analytical, writing, and advocacy skills to exercise sound judgment and deliver top-tier results for a sophisticated roster of clients.
What they’re looking for:
- Admission to practice in New York State and Federal courts
- Experience across commercial construction matters: contract drafting, payment disputes, mechanic’s liens, delay claims, payment and performance bonds, Article 3-A trust disputes, and Article 78 proceedings
- Strong legal research, writing, negotiation, and advocacy skills
- Excellent organization, communication, and client-management abilities
- The ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment

Compensation: The salary range for this position is $160,000 – $240,000, depending on experience and qualifications. The firm also offers a competitive benefits package.
