YOUR ROLE:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Specialist Intern to join our Human Resources team in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. This internship offers hands-on experience in HR operations and administrative support, ideal for candidates pursuing a career in Human Resources.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
Provide administrative support for HR functions including onboarding, employee records, and compliance documentation. Assist with scheduling interviews, coordinating meetings, and maintaining HR calendars. Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications. Help maintain HR databases and ensure data accuracy. Participate in HR projects and contribute to process improvements.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish (fluency in both languages preferred).Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
Prior internship or administrative experience in HR or related field. Familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus.
