OH Underage Purchaser - Reynoldsburg

CES is looking for reliable, detail-oriented individuals to perform non-confrontational compliance checks on local tobacco retailers to ensure the sale of tobacco products to Underage Purchasers is restricted. The inspection is used to establish a retailer's compliance with federal regulations. This work is conducted on a part-time, case-volume basis with flexibility relevant to the individual's schedule and the role is subject to federal service contract labor standards.Duties/Responsibilities:Identify and verify site address providedProvide non-confrontational checks on tobacco retailers to ensure the sale of tobacco products to Underage Purchasers is restrictedSite inspections are coordinated with an FDA-commissioned (adult) Inspector, either in law enforcement or with related experience and state employmentPurchaser will not deceive the retailer in any wayRequired qualifications/skills:Must be under the age of 21 when performing any compliance checkAttention to detailStrict adherence to deadlines and privacyOther:All Underage Purchasers will complete short online training moduleUnderage Purchasers will use valid identification and will not lie about their age ID must be for the state in which inspections will be conducted (Ohio)Must complete a standard background check, if 18 years or olderLearn more about this program by visiting: http://www.fda.gov/TobaccoProducts Pay: $16.20 per hour
