What We’re Looking For:
- Valid licensure as a School Psychologist, or eligibility for licensure in Ohio
- Experience conducting PreK evaluations strongly preferred
- Ability to manage a high volume of assessments (last year, 103 evaluations)
- Strong communication skills with children, parents, and school staff
- Capability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity
- Initiative, flexibility, and comfort working both independently and as part of an educational team
- Experience in school settings is a plus
Role Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed PreK evaluations to support special education services and early intervention planning
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to interpret assessment data
- Provide consultative services and intervention recommendations for individual students
- Assist in developing IEPs and participate in team meetings as needed
- Contribute to preventative strategies and data-driven decisions within the learning community
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of necessary documentation
