Job Responsibilities
- Mold remediation
- Water extraction and mitigation
- Assess property damage and determine the best course of action to prevent further damage
- Perform restoration and cleanup services for water, fire, mold, and other property losses
- Participate in an on-call rotation to provide 24/7 emergency response services
- Document all work performed, including:
- Daily job notes
- Written reports
- Photo documentation
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
Physical Requirements
- Ability to continuously bend, kneel, squat, and stand
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects
- Comfortable working in varying environments and conditions
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license required
- Must be insurable on company vehicles
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must be able to pass a drug test
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to work in an after hours on call rotation every other week
- At least one year restoration experence perferred
