What You’ll Do
- Lead or assist in water extraction, drying, and cleanup services for residential and commercial properties
- Respond quickly to water damage situations and take action to minimize loss and prevent further damage
- Set up and monitor drying equipment such as air movers and dehumidifiers to ensure effective restoration
- Work closely with team members to restore properties to their pre-loss condition safely and efficiently
- Communicate with customers on-site, providing updates and delivering a professional, reassuring experience during stressful situations
- Complete accurate job documentation, including photos, moisture readings, and service reports
- Ensure all work is performed in accordance with company standards, safety guidelines, and restoration protocols
- Support team productivity by helping train and guide junior technicians when needed
Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and the ability to safely operate company vehicles
- 3 years of hands-on experience in water, fire, mold, or smoke restoration, including leading and coordinating job site activities
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage crews, delegate tasks, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to industry standards
- Strong working knowledge of restoration equipment, including moisture meters, drying systems, demolition practices, and containment setup
- IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, FSRT, AMRT) preferred, or equivalent hands-on field experience
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers, insurance adjusters, and team members while maintaining accurate job documentation

Salary : $20 - $28
