Certified Professional Restoration is hiring a Lead Restoration Technician to manage job sites, lead crews, and ensure every project is completed accurately, safely, and professionally.

What You’ll Do
- Lead and supervise crews of 2–5 technicians on job sites
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers on-site
- Perform water extraction, fire damage cleanup, and mold remediation
- Assess property damage and determine scope of work
- Set up and monitor drying equipment
Critical Responsibility: Job Documentation
This role requires strong attention to detail and accountability. You will be responsible for:
- Writing clear, accurate daily job notes
- Taking thorough photo documentation of all work performed
- Completing job files properly and on time
- Creating property sketches and documenting affected areas
Accurate documentation is essential to job quality, communication, and company standards.

Schedule
- Full-time
- Monday–Friday
- Rotating on-call schedule (emergency response)
- Overtime as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in restoration, construction, or similar hands-on field
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Highly detail-oriented and organized
- Comfortable using technology for notes, photos, and documentation
- Valid driver’s license (required)
- Reliable, accountable, and team-focused
- Ability to perform physical labor (lifting, bending, kneeling, etc.)
- Must pass a background check
- Must maintain a drug-free workplace
