Position Summary:The On-Site HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing HR functions on-site, including payroll, benefits administration, compliance, and employee relations. This role will also support scheduling, workforce coordination, and the development of HR processes to enhance organizational efficiency. Key Responsibilities:Serve as the primary HR point of contact on-site for employees and management.Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollments, changes, and support for employee questions.Assist with payroll processes, including overtime calculations, PTO tracking, and ensuring compliance with California labor laws.Support the on-site team with scheduling and workforce coordination to meet operational needs.Review, update, and revise the employee handbook as needed to ensure compliance, clarity, and alignment with company policies.Develop and implement structured HR processes, standard operating procedures, and best practices to improve efficiency.Provide guidance and support to managers on HR policies, procedures, and employee relations matters.Maintain accurate HR records and reports in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding processes as needed. Qualifications:Proven HR experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.Experience with Paycom or similar HRIS software is highly preferred.Strong knowledge of California labor laws, payroll regulations, and benefits administration.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information. Preferred Skills:Experience with employee handbook creation or revisions.Knowledge of workforce scheduling and timekeeping systems.Problem-solving mindset with the ability to proactively identify and address HR issues.
Salary : $115,000 - $130,000
