Maintenance Technician
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Certified Apartment Staffing is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join an apartment community in the Phoenix area.
Requirements
- Prior multifamily/apartment maintenance experience preferred
- HVAC experience preferred
- EPA Certification preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
- Ability to complete work orders efficiently
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Ability to participate in on-call rotation as needed
Responsibilities
- Complete apartment and common-area work orders
- Perform HVAC troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance
- Handle basic plumbing, electrical, appliance, and general repairs
- Complete apartment make-readies
- Perform preventative maintenance and property inspections
- Maintain a clean and safe community
- Respond to maintenance emergencies
- Maintain accurate records of completed work
- Assist the maintenance team with daily property needs
Ideal Candidate: A hands-on maintenance professional with strong troubleshooting skills who takes pride in their work. HVAC experience is highly preferred.
Salary : $20 - $24
