Leasing Consultant (Bilingual) – West Palm Beach, FL

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Leasing Consultant for a beautiful apartment community in the West Palm Beach, FL area. The ideal candidate is bilingual, energetic, sales-driven, and has strong closing skills with prior apartment leasing experience.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and tour prospective residents
• Convert leads into leases through strong sales and closing techniques
• Manage traffic, follow-ups, and resident communication through Yardi CRM
• Process applications and lease paperwork accurately
• Maintain knowledge of pricing, availability, and community amenities
• Provide exceptional customer service to current and future residents
• Assist with resident retention and renewal efforts
• Maintain a professional and positive attitude in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

• Previous apartment leasing experience required
• Experience with Yardi CRM required
• Bilingual in English/Spanish required
• Strong sales and closing abilities
• Professional appearance and excellent communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Weekend availability required
