Certified Apartment Staffing is currently seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant for a multifamily community in Orlando, FL. We are looking for an energetic, professional, and customer-focused candidate who thrives in a fast-paced leasing environment and is ready to start immediately.

Overview

As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting prospective residents, supporting current residents, and helping drive occupancy for the community through excellent customer service and strong leasing skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist prospective residents
• Conduct apartment tours and community presentations
• Answer phones and respond to leasing inquiries
• Process applications, leases, and resident paperwork
• Maintain resident relations and provide excellent customer service
• Assist with marketing and outreach efforts
• Support daily office operations and team goals

Requirements

✔ MUST be bilingual (English/Spanish)
✔ MUST have previous apartment leasing experience
✔ Strong customer service and communication skills
✔ Professional appearance and attitude
✔ Reliable transportation
✔ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
✔ Experience with property management software is a plus
