About the Position
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join our team in Zachary, Louisiana. The Leasing Consultant plays a key role in driving occupancy, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting the overall success of the community.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist prospective residents, providing tours of the community and available units
• Respond to phone, email, and in-person inquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Process rental applications, lease agreements, and renewals
• Maintain accurate resident and prospect records in property management software
• Follow up with prospects to convert leads into leases
• Assist with marketing efforts and outreach to drive traffic to the property
• Provide excellent customer service to current residents and address concerns as needed
• Support the property team with administrative tasks and daily operations

Qualifications

• Previous leasing, sales, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills; experience with property management software (e.g., Yardi, Onesite, ResMan) is a plus
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• High school diploma or equivalent required
