Apartment Leasing Agent

The Apartment Leasing Agent will primarily manage residential apartment properties, engaging potential residents and assisting them through the leasing process. This role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to present properties effectively to prospective tenants.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to prospective and current residents
• Conduct property tours highlighting apartment features and amenities
• Manage lease agreements and ensure compliance with policies
• Process rental applications accurately and efficiently
• Follow up on leads to convert prospects into tenants

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in leasing or sales
• High school diploma or equivalent
