Certified Apartment Staffing is hiring an experienced Make-Ready Technician for an apartment community in Slidell!
MUST HAVE APARTMENT MAKE-READY EXPERIENCE
This is NOT an entry-level position. We are looking for someone who has previous hands-on experience turning apartments and can hit the ground running with minimal training.
Responsibilities
- Complete apartment make-ready and unit-turns
- Paint, patch, caulk, and touch up apartments
- Replace blinds, doors, hardware, fixtures, and other apartment items
- Perform minor plumbing and electrical repairs
- Complete punch-list items
- Clean and prepare vacant units for new residents
- Ensure apartments are completed according to property standards
- Assist with general maintenance duties as needed
Requirements
- MUST have previous apartment/multifamily make-ready experience
- Hands-on experience turning vacant units
- Strong painting and drywall/patching skills
- Basic plumbing and electrical knowledge
- Able to work independently and complete turns efficiently
- Reliable transportation
- Dependable and hardworking
- Must be able to start ASAP
