Responsibilities
- Design, develop, document, test, debug, and support enterprise applications for Hospital-Based Shared Services.
- Lead full software development lifecycle activities including requirements gathering, architecture, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, business analysts, and operational teams to understand business challenges and translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Identify opportunities to apply Agentic AI and intelligent automation to streamline manual processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Design and build scalable APIs, web applications, and backend services.
- Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database structures.
- Support data integration, data orchestration, and pipeline development across multiple systems.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, system specifications, and architectural diagrams.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions aligned to business needs.
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions.
- Serve as a technical subject matter expert and mentor junior team members.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 10 years of software development experience, including enterprise application development.
- Strong experience with C#, .NET Framework /.NET Core, ASP.NET MVC and/or ASP.NET Core, REST API Development, SQL Server, JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular, React, or similar modern front-end frameworks
- Experience building AI-enabled applications, Agentic AI solutions, or workflow automation tools.
- Experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale integrations.
- Strong database development and data modeling experience.
- Proficiency with Python for automation, data processing, or AI integration initiatives.
- Experience gathering and translating business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple priorities.
