Skills And Experience
- Experience working within an SDLC in an Agile environment is required
- Familiar with multiple current and legacy application development platforms, which could include:
- SQL, T-SQL, PL/SQL, SqlServer, Oracle
- .NET Core, LINQ, Entity Framework, classic asp, asp.net, VB
- Node.js
- Angular.js, Vue.js, and other front-end technologies
- PHP
- RESTful API Services
- Understanding of Docker and Kubernetes containerization technologies.
- Familiar with Platform as a Service concepts
- Familiarity with source code repository management, task and workflow management tools (GitHub, Jira, Bitbucket, etc). Prior experience with Azure DevOps/VSTS a plus.
- Understanding of security in application development principles and best practices
- 5-8 years of experience as an engineer in an enterprise environment.
- College degree from a 4 year university or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Familiarity in a government environment is a plus.
