JOB DESCRIPTION: SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER (SPM)
At Cerbelli Creative, our team of producers, designers, and entertainment experts is responsible for over 75 live events annually. The Senior Project Manager will be part of the Events Department, working on their own projects while indirectly supporting other Project Managers and Project Coordinators, reporting to the Director of Events (department head).

The SPM will lead their scheduled projects, manage resources, and source the right talent for each project, both internally and externally, to deliver projects to the highest standards. The SPM should have meticulous attention to detail, excellent communication, and organizational skills, understand the importance of the profitability of projects for the agency, and have proven themselves as organized in the day-to-day running of multiple prestigious projects.
This role requires someone who has the ability to plan their own large-scale projects while finding the time to nurture and support the rest of their team.
