CEPCO Management Inc. is seeking a reliable, organized, and customer-focused individual to manage a 12 unit townhome property and a 15 unit apartment building in Ogilvie, MN.
Position Overview
The Site Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the properties, ensuring a positive living experience for residents and smooth coordination of all onsite activities. This role is ideal for someone who is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and enjoys working independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Leasing: Show units, process applications, and complete move-in/move-out procedures
- Resident Recertification Paperwork: Assist residents with required annual or interim recertifications
- Resident Communications: Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong resident relations
- Vendor Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule vendors and contractors as needed
- Light Maintenance: Perform basic maintenance tasks and unit upkeep as necessary
Preferred Qualifications
- Must pass background check
- Prior property management experience is helpful, but not required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Preference given to candidates living in close proximity to the properties
