Position Overview:

Century Roll is seeking a dependable and safety-focused CDL Driver to operate a Ram 5500 with a 30’ tandem dual gooseneck trailer and/or a Ford F550 with a 20' deck over trailer. This role supports the delivery and pick-up of materials, equipment, and fabricated parts for our fabrication and metal processing operations. When not on the road, the driver will be expected to support general labor and material handling tasks in the shop. Strong fork truck operation experience is a must, as this role includes daily loading and unloading responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a Ram 5500 truck with a gooseneck flatbed trailer and/or a Ford F550 with a 20' deck over trailer
• Haul fabricated steel, materials, and job-site equipment as scheduled
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Ensure all loads are properly secured per DOT and company policy
• Communicate with the shop team and logistics coordinator for efficient scheduling
• Load and unload inbound and outbound trucks at the shop using a forklift
• Assist with packaging, labeling, and moving materials inside the facility
• Perform general labor tasks when not making deliveries (sweeping, organizing, material prep, etc.)

Required Qualifications:

• Valid Class A CDL license (Required)
• Clean driving record and current DOT medical card
• Experience hauling heavy loads with flatbed or gooseneck trailers
• Knowledge of proper load securement techniques
• Familiarity with DOT safety and logging regulations
• Strong forklift experience required

Preferred Qualifications:

• Welding or fabrication background is a plus
• Flexible availability for occasional early morning runs
• Able to drive a stick shift
